😣This can seem quite daunting when you are used to only eating twice and I can hear you saying " how much should I eat?" "I would never be able to eat 6 times!". ⁠

👍The simple secret is all about the planning. Plan your meals and snacks ahead. Keep it simple to start with. Choose foods that you like. ⁠

👍It is often just about tweaking the foods you currently eat rather than thinking that you have to go all out and purchase expensive recipe books or meal plans! ⁠
