🔥By eating more frequently you are going to keep your metabolism burning throughout the day. There are two ways to spark your metabolism: through exercise and through eating. You can’t realistically exercise 6 times per day, but you can eat!
😣This can seem quite daunting when you are used to only eating twice and I can hear you saying " how much should I eat?" "I would never be able to eat 6 times!".
👍The simple secret is all about the planning. Plan your meals and snacks ahead. Keep it simple to start with. Choose foods that you like.
👍It is often just about tweaking the foods you currently eat rather than thinking that you have to go all out and purchase expensive recipe books or meal plans!
