đThe simple secret is all about the planning. Plan your meals and snacks ahead. Keep it simple to start with. Choose foods that you like. â

đIt is often just about tweaking the foods you currently eat rather than thinking that you have to go all out and purchase expensive recipe books or meal plans! â
