  1. Tower View - when you turn onto Round Wood, at the end of Priory Lane look for somewhere to park on that residential estate, but please consider the local residents. Then head down the hill (towards the river) and come through the kissing gate at the side of the metal 5-bar gate. Keep heading towards the river and we meet just by the wooden sculptures .To avoid upsetting the residents on Tower View, please DO NOT park on this small cul-de-sac.

Ahead of your session you should:

  • Complete the Registration Form - this is essential before you train for the first time

  • Make sure you have eaten, but leave 1 hour before training to let your food digest

  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day

  • Stretch out for 5-10 mins before the session if you have any ongoing joint or muscular pain, i.e. knee/shoulder. A warm up session will take place, but concentrated stretching on your specific issues will further help to eliminate any further pain/injury.

Facilities are limited with no toilets, changing or washing facilities. Come dressed for an outdoor training session in unpredictable weather, bearing the mind the ground is often wet/muddy. You should wear:

  • Suitable trainers; with a good grip sole and that you are prepared to get dirty

  • Layers of clothing – a thin waterproof, hat & gloves if needed

There is no lockable storage, so anything you bring will have to be carried (or left on the ground as you train). You should bring:

  • Water bottle

  • Necessary medication required for training i.e. inhalers, knee supports etc

  • A BIG smile and PLENTY of laughs!

  • Hand sanitiser and wipes will be provided - feel free to bring your own gloves and face covering if you wish. Social distancing will be maintained at all times

  • Please DO NOT bring any valuables, phones etc that you aren't able to carry with you whilst training
