Everyone has different abilities, goals and training preferences. The RAW Personal Training range of services has been devised by training clients over a number of years, understanding what works and making sure that training programmes, concepts and equipment are kept updated and challenging.   Whichever option you choose, you can rest assured it has been tried, tested and gets results!

 

You may be new to or just getting back into training and fancy trying out a 4 WEEK BOOSTER package to get back your "Training Mojo", or have a special event or holiday and want commit to the 12 WEEK CHALLENGE to really get into shape! Or you really fancy a RAW 1 HOUR 1:2:1 Training Session to try out something new such as TRX, Pad work or circuit training to push your limits and learn the correct technique's.  You may even already be at your peak in your current training plan and you want to really take it to the next level, learn new training concepts and start seeing new results!.
