You will be given an initial Diet & Nutrition assessment, which looks at your current habits, routine factors and body type.
Once we understand more about you, we will discuss how to make small but very important changes that will give you a whole new attitude to your long term diet and get your metabolism working more efficiently.
You will be given advice about how to introduce and sustain a healthy balanced diet and the science behind it which dispel "calorie counting" myths.
STRUCTURED CHANGES FOR BIG RESULTS
RAW NUTRITION - STAGE 2
Once you are comfortable with the smaller changes we will then start to look at changing what and how you eat. You will be given a great overview and choice of foods which are ideal for a diet plan such as this. There's plenty to choose from and it is actually very simple. These changes will be implemented over a few weeks.
You will be given your bespoke nutrition plan which will compliment your training regime, so you can ensure you are consuming what your body needs whilst complimenting your weight loss goals and provides the structure most people crave!
RAW NUTRITION - STAGE 3
It's now time to help you understand how to maintain these results for a lifetime. It is un-realistic to think that you will never attend a party or go on holiday. Everybody deserves a treat!
You will be given advice on how to sustain your new healthier diet and not feel guilty should you have a piece of cake at your kids party. It is all about how you prepare your self before and deal with it after!

RAW NUTRITION MEAL PLANNING
The RAW Nutrition planning service offers a bespoke Nutrition plan designed around your, favourite meals, your weight loss goals and daily routine. If you have a busy life and struggle with choosing the "right" foods and time to plan, then this is all taken care of for you. I don't tell you what to eat, we choose together and most of the time this is just tweaking your existing diet.
RAW NU-YU offers a range of tasty Low Carb & High Protein breakfasts, snacks and dinners. We can work these recipes into a weekly diet plan, complimenting your existing "go to" meals around your Daily Calorific Allowance, ensuring you don't over indulge with other meals and an odd cheat day thrown in!
