Welcome to the exclusive Team RAW Challenge group! Thank you for agreeing to take part in this awesome Challenge. This is SO much more than just about a workout....
 

 
Over the course of this challenge not only will you have an incentive to keep moving but you will also get a fantastic insight into how hard you actually pushing yourself during our Team RAW sessions and your own training! You will gain a great understanding into how different sessions impact on your own MAX Heart Rate and your potential calorie burn.

In this challenge "one size does NOT fit all" , so you will receive points based on the following 4 factors. This is great as there is plenty of opportunity to boost your position on the results table week to week.

Challenge Factors & Points:

Please see the "Point System Explained" TAB on the results table for more information.

1- No of Workouts completed

The more workouts completed and submitted within the week the more points awarded.

2 - Your Peak Heart Rate

Based on your Workout Peak HR you submit for the week a % of this will be calculated against your own individual MAX HR. The higher you Peak, the more points given!

3 - Your Calorie Burn

Based on the Max Cal burn you submit for the week a % of this will be calculated against your own individual projected Cal burn for a 1 x hr Boot Camp HR style workout .The higher % you achieve, the more points will be top up your total!

4- Social Media Share

It's great to share the Team RAW love with your followers. Share your workouts to your Social Media profile and tag in Team RAW Boot Camp on Facebook or @rawptfitness on Instagram and earn your self EXTRA points!

Please make sure that you submit your results each week (if not taken at the time) so they can be added to the weekly update.
